As the manager of the Coldwell Banker Realty, Santa Rosa Bicentennial Office, I lead a team of more than 180 hard-charging real estate professionals.

My vision includes associating with the best agents and then providing the support and training necessary to transform them from real estate agents to business owners executing a real estate strategy. Hard work is a must in this profession, but it has to be coupled with leading edge tools, technology and consistent training to make it sustainable. That's where Coldwell Banker and I come in. My knowledge gained as an agent, and the fact that I do not compete with the agents, allows me to be completely focused on helping my Sales Associates get their real estate business to the next level.

I began my career in real estate in 2002 and became a manager in 2007. Prior to management, I was a successful agent who excelled at customer service with integrity. My 18-plus years of experience are pivotal in my quest to serve the agents and clients of Coldwell Banker. I am a certified Mentor with Brian Buffini's Peak Producers Program and very much enjoy the training aspects of management.

Locally, I enjoy membership in the American Legion Post 111, baseball, muscle cars, boating, and helping at the Pacific Coast Air Museum. As a Sonoma County native, I have amassed a wealth of local knowledge and deep roots in the community. Prior to real estate, I graduated from California State University, Sacramento, with a bachelor's degree in Economics. After leaving Sac State I became a pilot for the United States Navy and then United Airlines. I currently live in Windsor with my wife and two children.

The Regional Support Specialist plays a key role in empowering Coldwell Banker offices and agents across their region. They provide hands-on operational, administrative, and marketing support to ensure smooth day-to-day functions and successful agent onboarding. Acting as a resource for tools, systems, and best practices, they help drive productivity and collaboration across teams. With a focus on service and efficiency, they help agents and leadership stay aligned, organized, and ready to grow.

FIELD MARKETING MANAGER

The Field Marketing Manager acts as a key liaison between Coldwell Banker's in-house marketing team and its real estate agents. The primary responsibility is to develop and implement marketing strategies that help agents grow their individual businesses and promote the company's brand, particularly its "Core 4" value proposition, which encompasses agent production, coaching, culture, and wealth-building.
